A superbly rich amber coloured Guyanese Rum distilled strictly from local Demerara sugar cane juice grown on the banks of the Demerara river to produce a rich vanilla, roasted coffee and chocolate aroma followed by a well balanced and silky smooth palate with notes of dried fruit, tobacco and spice. Remarkably developed and complex for a relatively young rum which can be enjoyed mixed into a variety of delicious cocktails. This is one of my favourite rums and on here it is delivered inside the box which i would usually use for display but with this purchase i cannot as they sent me a damaged box, shame really.
