We use fresh seasonal tomatoes, which are cold smoked in Scottish peat for 16 hours for the richest deepest smoked tomato juice and a taste that hits you like a smack in the mouth. The alcohol is hidden behind the spice and flavor, but don’t be fooled—its 10-percent ABV sneaks up on you. However, I’m glad to say that somewhere along the way I definitely developed a taste for a well-made Bloody Mary.
